By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.
Cookietup is a meal-planning application designed for collaborative living environments such as families, flatmates, and roommates. The Application helps households:

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Application (such as dish names, preferences, or poll responses). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and process that content for the purpose of providing the service.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
We do not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. The meal suggestions provided by the Application are for informational purposes only. Please consult appropriate professionals for specific dietary requirements or health concerns.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the Application or via email. Your continued use of the Application after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
